Design for Tracked Undercarriage

The Tracked Undercarriage has function of supporting and operating the whole machine. We should meet following requirements during the design:

1) It should have a large driving force, so that the whole machine has good passing performance, climbing performance and steering performance when walking on wet or soft or uneven ground.

2) Under the premise of not increasing the height of the crawler undercarriage, the main engine has a large ground clearance to improve its off-road performance on uneven ground.

3) The crawler undercarriage has a larger support area or a smaller grounding specific pressure to improve the stability of the machine.

4) When the machine is going down the slope, the phenomenon of sliding and speeding down the slope will not occur, so as to improve the safety of the whole machine.

5) The overall dimensions of the crawler undercarriage should meet the requirements of road transportation.
