The rubber tracks may break down during driving, transportation and construction, which brings a lot of inconvenience to normal production. So how to take preventive measures so that the rubber track can be used for a longer time?
1. Before using the rubber crawler, it should be carefully inspected, first try to turn it around to check whether there is any abnormal situation, and then use it formally, and keep the rubber crawler chassis clean.
2. It is strictly forbidden to drive construction vehicles equipped with rubber tracks on the ramp, otherwise the rubber track chassis components will be damaged or fall off.
3. Try to avoid contact with organic solvents and oils such as acid and alkali. Once these substances are encountered, they should be wiped clean immediately before continuing to drive.
4. Always check whether each fastening point of the rubber track is loose. If it is loose due to vibration, stop adding grease first.
5. In order to prolong the life of the rubber track, the rubber track chassis should be installed on the level ground and fixed with support pads. The rubber track must be removed and put into the special equipment every time the position is changed.

6. It is strictly forbidden to overload the rubber track to prevent oil burning or overheating of the machine parts, and it cannot be stopped immediately after use for inspection.
7. The installation of the track should be carried out in a well-ventilated, dry and waterproof place indoors. It should not be used in a wet or grease-retained place. When encountering strong wind or snow, special measures must be taken to prevent slippage or add protective chains to reduce wear and tear.
8. Before the rubber track is installed, the soil and debris must be removed and the concave and convex parts must be smoothed. When placing, first apply butter to the preset groove on the rubber crawler chassis, then put the screw into the channel, and then use a wrench to tighten the bolt to fix it.
9. When installing the rubber track, keep the body perpendicular to the base surface, and pay attention to avoid damage to the main force-bearing parts.
10. When adjusting the tightness of the rubber track, please remember to rotate it gradually, that is, press half a circle in one circle. When you feel that it is obviously difficult, you can rotate it a few more circles out.
11. Always check whether the connection of various components of the hydraulic system is firm, especially the sealing performance and lubrication of the valve core. If leaks are found, they should be removed immediately and replaced with new ones.
12. After work, cut off the power supply before leaving. For long-term storage, lubricating maintenance oil should be applied.
